PROCEDURE FOR ETR TRANSFER.
1.Write a letter to kra commisioner etr department asking authorisation to effect changes to the machine.
2.Kra issue you with a reply.
3.You forward the reply with the attached form 5 to your etr dealer who fills it and returns the same to kra.Once it is approved changes on the machine are effected.

I recently changed my company name. The pin ddnt change. KRA have already effected the change in their system. How do I now effect that int the etr machine (Datecs dp-50)
